Xiaoman advises on corporate law matters, in particular in connection with private equity and M&A transactions, and has worked alongside investment funds and financial institutions on some of the most significant acquisitions in Europe, acting for leading players in the LBO market.

Within Squair, Xiaoman advises international companies, start-ups and venture capital funds on acquisition and fundraising transactions in France, China and the United States. She also provides day-to-day corporate law advice across a broad range of matters, from routine corporate governance to the structuring and implementation of complex legal and tax arrangements. As part of her ongoing support to clients, she regularly advises on shareholder relations, employee share ownership plans, management incentive schemes and, more generally, equity transactions, often involving multi-jurisdictional aspects.

Born in Beijing (China), Xiaoman maintains close ties with her home country, enabling her to support clients both legally and culturally. She not only assists Chinese companies investing in Europe, but also advises European clients based in China.
