





After practicing for more than 10 years at several leading firms, Romain Ferrando was a partner at a boutique law firm before joining Squair.
Romain mainly advises on sales of companies and businesses, fundraisings, management packages, and intra-group reorganizations. He also supports company executives when they take up their roles, on the negotiation of their corporate office terms, the shareholders' agreement and their equity incentives, as well as on the negotiation of their exit.
He has developed specific experience in the hospitality and restaurant sector, where he advises entrepreneurs, companies and investment funds. He has also built expertise in the innovative startup ecosystem, supporting startups with the financing of their activities, the structuring of their growth and the setting up of their governance.
Due to his ties to Japan, he is a member of the Association des Avocats Japonophiles (Association of Japanophile Lawyers) and was a member of the Franco-Japanese Exchange Committee at the Paris Chamber of Commerce (CCI Paris Île-de-France).
