A lawyer since 2013, Raphaële began his career at the Paris Bar before joining the Lyon Bar in 2016. She assists a clientele of businesses and individuals in the resolution of their disputes, both in advice and in litigation.

She works mainly in business litigation, contractual commercial law and intellectual property. She has particular expertise in the management of complex disputes concerning the termination of established commercial relationships, contractual non-performance, unfair competition or even management liability. She also regularly intervenes on contractual aspects: negotiation, drafting and securing commercial contracts, CGV/CGU or strategic partnerships.

In the area of intellectual property, she advises and defends her clients in disputes concerning trademark infringement, patents, copyrights, designs and models, software, or even parasitism. She also provides advice, in particular on licensing contracts, transfers, coexistence agreements or rights deposits.

Raphaële relies on a solid experience acquired in recognized firms in Paris and Lyon, intervening both before state courts and in the context of alternative dispute resolution methods (arbitration, mediation).
