Quentin Renaud is a member of the Paris Bar active in the field of intellectual property, including copyrights, trademark law, industrial designs, geographical indications. His work may include the negotiation and drafting of contracts, carrying on audits, legal opinions, etc., and representing clients before the civil and commercial courts.

He also has a significant expertise in related practices such as communication law, unfair competition, contract law, and e-commerce (consumer law and personal data processing).

Quentin enjoys providing long-term and thorough support to his clients, ranging from major companies to start-ups, but also including investors, communication agencies, producers, distributors, authors, designers, artists, performers, as well as their beneficiaries/heirs. Quentin has an in-depth knowledge of the film & TV, luxury, media, digital, publishing sectors, and of the art market. Furthermore, he has over the years developed an extensive practice in the management of intellectual property rights of designers in the fashion and luxury industries.

Quentin decided to join Squair in 2022, after having worked for eleven years at Intervista and Degoulet, two top tier law firms in the IP sector. Prior to being sworn in as a lawyer in 2011, Quentin had worked as a financial analyst in banks specialising in the financing of the film & TV sector and cultural industries, and as the manager of an independent newswire. He is a graduate of the University of Paris II - Assas and of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, and holds a DESS in Law and Administration of Audiovisual Communication from the University of Paris I - Sorbonne. His expertise has been recognized by the Legal 500 2023 ranking.
