Pauline Torras has an expertise in real estate law. She advises developers, real estate companies and investors in the management of their real estate assets, when setting up complex real estate transactions and throughout a real estate transaction. She advises her clients from the acquisition of the land or the building, through the completion of works (new building or rehabilitation), the rental of the property, until the end of the construction site (reception, removal of reservations, support for after-sales service).

Pauline started her career with leading Parisian law firms, such as Delsol Avocats from 2010 to 2015 and Racine Avocats from 2015 to 2019.

From 2019 to 2024, Pauline worked in several legal departments of national companies, in order to be as close as possible to the implementation of large-scale real estate projects.

Pauline finally returned to the legal profession at Delsol Avocats as a Counsel lawyer, before joining Squair in 2025.
