





Pamela has expertise in tax law, with a strong focus on the real estate sector. She assists all types of investors and management companies at each stage of their real estate projects (acquisition, construction, rental, sale), as well as in the context of the restructuring of their ownership schemes.
Pamela also intervenes at the stage of structuring investment vehicles and funds and funds and helps management companies in particular to define the type of vehicle best suited to each project (Other FIA, SCPI, OPCI, OPCI, OPCI, SLP...).
Before joining Squair in 2026, Pamela worked for various firms since 2007 (LPA, Wragge/Gowling WLG, Kramer Levin, where she became a partner in 2020 and finally GALM Avocats, which she co-founded in 2022).
