Olivier is at the heart of innovation projects, supporting startups, technology transfer offices, health and research institutions, major groups and investors in the valorization and transfer of intellectual property assets. He practices in intellectual property law, contract law and company law, and has a perfect command of the issues related to technology transfer.

Building on his career as Legal Director in major luxury and agri-food groups, Olivier has acquired a very operational approach to business law: mapping risks, securing growth, supporting strategy are part of his daily life. Its transversal vision is an asset for boosting innovation in a secure legal framework.

Passionate about the transmission of his knowledge, he teaches the valuation and transfer of IP assets within the Master 2 “Innovation, Rights and Industrial Agreements” at the Faculty of Law of Montpellier.
