Nina is a corporate lawyer registered with the Paris Bar. She advises companies throughout their life, from inception to fundraising. She also advises her clients in the structuring, implementating and monitoring of growth operations.

Before joining Squair Nina acquired experience in international top tier law firms (DLA Piper, August & Debouzy, Orrick Rambaud Martel, AGC Law Fim Istanbul) as well as in large companies (Apple).

Nina is fluent in French, English, Turkish, Azerbaijani and Persian.

She studied law in the United States at UC Santa Cruz and Pepperdine University, in France where she obtained a Master 2 European business lawyer from Paris V Descartes University and in Istanbul at Galatasaray University.
