Nina has expertise in technology and intellectual property law. She advises clients ranging from small, early-stage companies to large corporate groups, across a wide range of sectors including hospitality, food and beverage, cosmetics, tech, digital and media.
Nina guides her clients in securing digital projects, communication campaigns and events in their entirety. She supports them from concept to rollout, bringing together their intellectual property, regulatory compliance and contractual concerns.
Her practice covers personal data protection (GDPR), artificial intelligence, platform regulation and cybersecurity, as well as copyright, trade mark law, image rights and influencer marketing.
Before joining Squair, Nina spent eight years with international law firms, at Gide and then Clifford Chance. Her career has included several in-house secondments, which enabled her to develop a pragmatic, business-oriented advisory approach tailored to the specific issues of each project. Nina sees her role as that of a long-term legal partner, accessible and committed alongside her clients, guided by one principle: law that is directly actionable and calibrated to risk.
