A lawyer at the Strasbourg Bar since 2015, Morgan practices business law and assists his clients with all matters related to corporate law, particularly venture capital, private equity, and M&A transactions.

He advises companies and groups of all sizes on a daily basis regarding their ongoing corporate affairs and at key stages of their development (financing, growth, restructuring, and transfer).

Morgan has developed particular expertise in supporting innovation-driven founders and startups, advising them from the incorporation of their business through to exit, including securing relationships between partners, fundraising, and implementing incentive plans (ESOP, stock options, etc.). His areas of expertise include healthcare, digital technology, and deep tech.

Before joining Squair, Morgan practiced at the law firms of Deloitte and EY.
