Marion assists French and international companies on all their tax issues, both in daily management and in the context of structuring projects.

Marion is also involved in tax audits and litigation. She accompanies and represents her clients at all stages of the procedure.

She has been assisting clients in the health sector for more than fifteen years and has thus developed recognized expertise in sectoral taxes applicable to drugs and medical devices, as well as on fiscal issues specific to the sector. She also intervenes in the context of URSSAF controls relating to pharmaceutical taxes and litigation procedures before the judicial courts.

Marion started her career in 2009 in the International Department of Fidal, before joining KPMG Avocats where she worked for several years before joining Squair as a partner.
