A lawyer since 2016, Manon Delafontaine assists public and para-public actors, French and international private operators, as well as individuals, in urban planning, real estate and construction law, both in advice and in litigation.
At the interface of public and private law, her intervention covers the entire cycle of real estate and construction transactions: structuring and legal arrangement of projects, urban planning law and litigation, securing and monitoring of works, management of construction disputes, management of construction disputes, as well as post-construction support for real estate assets, in particular in terms of rental and sale.
Her practice is guided by the desire to offer its clients global, transversal and legible support, based on a trustworthy interlocutor, capable of understanding all the legal and operational challenges of the project and of securing their implementation over the long term.
Before joining Squair, Manon Delafontaine practiced public business law at the law firm Bignon Lebray in Paris, then at Allen & Overy in Morocco, before continuing her career at Bignon Lebray in Lyon. Before becoming a lawyer, as a market and contract manager at Réseau Ferré de France (RFF), she also had a decisive experience in building her operational approach to the profession.
