Lucie works in economic law, both in advice and in litigation, with a clientele of businesses and entrepreneurs (mainly players in retail, catering, or the online sale of products or services).

In this context, it secures their BtoC and BtoB relationships with their customers (professionals or consumers), their partners, franchisors, lessors, suppliers, through the drafting and review of their contractual documentation (general conditions of sale and/or services, terms of sale and/or services, terms of use of websites, terms of use of websites, legal notices, commercial leases, contracts of any kind, franchise type, affiliation commission, distribution, services...) and more generally the negotiation of all their commercial contracts.

Lucie also assists her clients in bringing their business and commercial practices into compliance with BtoC and BtoB regulations. This support can take place beforehand, during the creation of the activity or as part of an audit to secure the activity and commercial practices, or following a DGCCRF audit initiated by a DDPP or a DREETS, having revealed regulatory breaches. As such, she advises them on the customer journey of their website, their commercial policy, their marketing and promotional operations, their payment terms...

In this context, Lucie also assists her clients during inspections or investigations initiated by the DDPPs or the DREETS and helps them, if necessary, in the context of contesting the measures taken by the administration in question (injunction, fine, transaction proposal, etc.). She also assists them in the event of visit and seizure operations conducted by the DGCCRF and in the context of the remedies to be implemented in this capacity to challenge both the authorization of the visit and the seizure and the conduct of operations.

Finally, Lucie assists her clients in the context of any dispute related to their BtoC or BtoB activity, at all stages (from the appearance of the first difficulties to the resolution of the dispute by amicable or judicial means).

Before joining Squair, she started her career in Lyon in 2015. In this capacity, she spent nearly 10 years in the Economic Law department of the firm Akela, as an associate and then as a Counsel from 2021. She also gave courses at the IAE Lyon III in contract law, at the Lyon III law school in special contract law and spoke at EDARA during modules on unfair competition.
