Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2013, Louise advises French and international companies, as well as their managers, in private equity, LBO and M&A operations.

Louise has an in-depth experience in the structuration and negociation of management package.

Prior to joining Squair, Louise has worked for top tiers French firms such as Alérion Redlink.

Louise holds a Master degree in Business law from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne and a Master II - Juriste d'entreprise from the University of Paris V - Paris Descartes.
