Louis specializes in employment law. He advises start-ups, SMEs and international groups in the context of mergers and acquisitions, insolvency proceedings and company turnarounds, outsourcing, reorganizations and international transfers of employees, in various sectors of activity, including transport, pharmaceuticals, fire protection, IT, events...
He also assists his clients in their day-to-day issues, including collective bargaining and negotiation, individual labor relations, compensation plans, international mobility, compliance policies and codes of conduct, relations with local authorities and administrations, as well as occupational health and safety matters, or in the context of conflicts between partners.
Throughout his career, Louis has also acquired a significant experience before the labor courts, administrative courts and criminal courts in litigation relating to individual and collective dismissals, harassment and discrimination, occupational diseases and accidents, validation and approval of employment protection plans, as well as in summary proceedings with labor unions and employee representatives in the context of reorganizations or divestitures.
Louis holds a Master's degree in Employment Law and Practice (University Panthéon-Paris 2-Assas) and a Master's degree in International Private Law (Rouen) and has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2006.
