Lionel provides advisory and litigation services on matters of competition law (anti-competitive practices, merger control, and restrictive business practices), distribution law (selective distribution, concessions, franchises, and commercial agents), and complex commercial contracts (drafting and negotiating purchase, sale, and subcontracting agreements; restructuring of sales channels, and customer migration).
He also has expertise in anti-corruption compliance and in implementing and monitoring anti-money laundering measures in the non-financial sector.
Lionel spent twelve years working in international legal departments in the telecommunications (Orange), industrial (Essilor-Luxottica), and luxury goods (Hermès) sectors. A graduate in economics and a participant in the strategic intelligence program at the Institute of Higher Studies for National Defense (IHEDN), Lionel has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2015.
