A lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2016, Lara Donnedieu de Vabres has expertise in corporate law, with a practice dedicated to M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions. She assists founders, managers and investment funds in the structuring, negotiation and implementation of their strategic transactions, in particular in terms of sales, acquisitions, fund raising, restructuring and implementation of management packages.

Lara advises her clients at all stages of their development, both in their growth operations and in their daily corporate monitoring (company creations, capital increases, account approval, service contracts, governance, governance, implementation of incentive plans).

Before joining Squair as a partner, Lara worked for more than ten years at Orrick Rambaud Martel in Paris and benefited from a year of secondment within the M&A team at Société Générale.
