A lawyer at the Bordeaux Bar, Julie works in construction law. She supports building companies and project owners, in advice as well as in litigation, with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.

She works alongside its clients in the negotiation, drafting and execution of their private works contracts and subcontracting contracts. She deals with legal issues that may arise during construction between the various actors or after the reception. In particular, it manages situations of additional work, delays, malfunctions, unpaid invoices or site abandonment, as well as construction insurance issues. Julie defends her clients in judicial expertise procedures and disputes relating to legal guarantees and the responsibilities of manufacturers.

For her clients, construction companies, she offers tailor-made legal support offers, adapted to their needs, in order to secure and perpetuate their activity.

Julie also assists her clients on all matters relating to real estate property (easements, joint ownership, legal guarantees of real estate sales, residential leases), as well as in matters of co-ownership (disputes between co-owners and/or with the trustee, execution of works voted in GA, recovery of unpaid expenses).

She teaches real estate law at INSEEC Bordeaux and is a member of the Institute of Construction Law of the Bordeaux Bar.

Julie started her career at CMC Avocats in Bordeaux in 2018, where she became a partner, before joining Squair in February 2026.
