Julia is a lawyer since 2010. She specializes in labour law and social security law, representing companies in all sectors, as well as non-profit organizations and employees. Julia has an extensive experience in both advisory and litigation work. When and where appropriate, she is keen to encourage and accompany her clients in reaching settlements including through alternative dispute resolution processes.
Julia has developed a specific expertise in the field of caregivers employees (employees who provide care to a vulnerable relative). She assists companies in dealing with this issue as part of their social policy and assists caregivers employees, by proposing and helping implement concrete and efficient solutions.
She regularly provides training on various topics of labour law and the law relating to caregivers employees for companies and non profit organizations.
Julia holds a Magistère DJCE (Diploma of Legal Adviser) and practiced at law firms Capstan and EY, before joining Squair as a partner.
