Joëlle's practice focuses on real estate law, mainly urban planning, construction, commercial property leases, as well as banking and commercial law.

Joëlle has training and experience in both public and private law. She advises and represents her public and private clients in the context of the implementation of global solutions, restructuring, financing, management of assets for public bodies, private companies individuals.

Joëlle has several years of experience in banking work procedures, relations with monetary authorities and banking law in emerging countries.

Joëlle graduated from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and of the Institut du Droit Européen de Strasbourg. She also holds a diploma in public law and comparative law from the University of Panthéon Sorbonne, Paris I. Joëlle was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1977.
