Hadrien practices employment law and criminal law, covering the full range of employer-employee relations, in both advisory and litigation matters, in Lyon and throughout France.
He advises all forms of companies, from small businesses to publicly traded companies, across all sectors, on the full range of their employment law matters: drafting employment contracts, terminations (dismissals, settlement agreements, etc.), management of employee representative bodies and collective bargaining, etc. He also occasionally acts on behalf of employees. In employment litigation, Hadrien represents his clients particularly in individual disputes before the labor courts (challenging dismissals, claims for unpaid overtime, etc.) and before the social security tribunal (disputing workplace accidents or occupational illnesses), as well as in collective disputes (staff elections, challenging collective agreements, strikes).
In criminal law, he assists his clients in filing complaints (misappropriation of goods, press law, etc.) and supports them in proceedings where they may be implicated (serious workplace accidents, harassment), from the first contact with the authorities and throughout the proceedings (voluntary interview/police custody, judicial investigation, criminal trial).
Prior to joining Squair, Hadrien spent eight years at Fromont Briens.
