Émilie Bourguignon advises French and international companies and groups on the full range of employment and social security law matters.

Her practice, which is primarily advisory in nature, covers, in particular, reorganisation projects, employee representatives relations, collective bargaining, and the management of complex and strategic individual cases.

‍

She also advises on cross-border issues relating to social dialogue and European-level employee representation matters. She regularly advises clients in the education and training, consultancy, finance and chemical industries, assisting them both in managing their day-to-day employment matters and in leading high-stakes transformation projects.

Prior to joining Squair, Émilie practised for more than fifteen years in the Employment Law Department of CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats, after beginning her career in the Employment Law Department of Proskauer.
