She assists private companies, public institutions and local authorities in the legal framework of innovative projects: design, deployment and contracting of AI systems, evaluations of compliance with the AI Act (classification of uses, obligations by level of risk, governance, documentation, auditability), governance, documentation, auditability), negotiation of technological contracts (SaaS, cloud, data/IA), data management and valuation of intangible assets.

A specialist in ethical and responsibility issues related to AI, she works on algorithmic governance, system traceability and documentation, model auditing and the distribution of responsibilities within digital value chains (suppliers, integrators, professional users).
