Damien is both a lawyer at the Paris Bar and a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales (non-practising).

Based in Paris and London, he advises companies on both sides of the Channel in their mergers and acquisitions, MBIs and private equity transactions, as well as in the structuring, implementation and monitoring of innovative or complex transactions (joint ventures (joint ventures), turnkey projects, commercial partnerships, etc.).

He also has recognized experience in commercial litigation before French courts.
