Clementine supports tech and digital players in France and abroad. She advises editors of software, platforms, marketplaces, e-commerce websites, APIs, apps, IoT... These actors all share a great interest for innovation and digital technology in various areas such as IT, e-health, open data, AI, sustainable development and audiovisual.

She intervenes at different stages in the development of her clients (start-ups and young companies, SMEs and midcaps) and is happy to act as an external legal counsel when required. She advises project leaders on a wide range of topics relating to IT and ICT law and assists her clients on the negociation and drafting of standards and complex agreements, terms & conditions, etc. and

Clémentine also has an in-depth expertise in personal data issues, conducting compliance action plans, implementing data records, privacy & cookies policies and performing impact assessment analysis ... She has been appointed as external Data Protection Officer for several companies in the IT and e-health sectors. For some clients she also offers "RGPD hotline” services to support client’s teams.

Clémentine started her career in Paris in 2016 at Osborne Clarke before joining Lerins&BCW. She set up her own firm in Paris in 2020 and joined Squair in 2023. Clémentine is a graduate of the University of Paris I Sorbonne (Master 2 E-business law) and of Groningen University in the Netherlands (LLM International Economic and Business Law).
