Christophe Ghénassia has a global vision of the business world and brings his expertise in various fields such as corporate, projects and contracts, compliance and personal data protection. Prior to joining Squair, Christophe was a legal director in listed companies as well as Mid-caps in various sectors.
His career path led him to steer the recapitalization and sale of GTS Omnicom, a telecommunication company, to assume the legal affairs as well as the management of real estate for AFM Téléthon, and to implement a personal data processing strategy for Linedata Services, a software company for banks. Christophe also practiced in lawfirms for more than ten years, first with Kimbrough & Associates before launching his own law firm, where he was able to develop a consulting practice for SMEs, drafting and negotiating complex contracts in France and in a cross-border context.
Deeply invested in historical monuments, events and legal considerations thereto, Christophe is also passionate about piano and fencing.
Christophe is a member of the Paris Bar. He holds a Master's degree in Public Law and a DEA (post-graduate diploma) in Defense and International Security. He also holds a Master's degree in Law and International Business Management from ESCP Europe and from Lyon’s Political studies institute.
