Chloé Parez

About

Chloé is a lawyer at the Paris Bar and a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. She advises clients both in French and English law on commercial contracts and Internet & Information Technology issues. Chloé also provides training and assistance to companies and their executives on data protection law including GDPR compliance, implementation of complex data processing operations (particularly in targeted advertising), due diligences and privacy impact assessments, as well as cybersecurity.

Trained at universities as well as at law firms in Sydney, Bristol and London, Chloé has an in-depth understanding of the legal profession and, more generally, of the business in the anglo-saxon world. This expertise enables her to assist her clients in complex commercial negotiations, including in an international context. In 2017, after having practiced at Harbottle & Lewis LLP, then Osborne Clarke, in London, Chloé was admitted to the Paris Bar and set up her own law firm: MYLO AVOCAT.

In 2022, she decided to join Squair, in order to take part in the growth of a law firm which places people at the forefront of the client / firm relationship, while delivering a culture of excellence and an innovative vision.

Chloé holds a double bachelor degree in law from the University of Reims and the University of Technology of Sydney (Australia). She also has a LLB from The University of Law of London, and an LLM in Commercial Law and IP from the University of Bristol.
