Cécile was admitted to the Lyon bar in 2014. She is an expert in all areas of labour law, acting both as an advisor and in litigations.

She assists and represents a wide variety of clients composed mainly of companies (small, medium and large) in various sectors. Her practice covers all issues of individual and collective labour law as well as social protection law. Cécile has also developed an in-depth expertise as a lawyer in charge of the internal investigation in the treatment of sensitive cases of moral or sexual harassment (supervision and involvement in investigations following a denunciation, drafting of the investigation report, risk assessment and identification of the disciplinary and protective measures to be taken).

She teaches at the Institute of Judicial Studies of the University of Lyon III Jean Moulin to prepare students for the bar exam and gives lectures in labour law at a Lyon business school.

Cécile holds a Labour Law Degree (Master 2) and worked for law firms in this practice area, AGUERA Avocats and MGG Voltaire, before joining Squair as a partner in 2022.
