Caroline Ramus has joined Squair bringing dual expertise in corporate law/M&A and employment law, with a recognized track record in handling complex cases involving corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and the management of employment-related issues, in both advisory and litigation contexts. She advises companies, executives, investors and funds on small and mid-cap transactions.

Caroline previously practised as a partner for over fifteen years in Paris at the firms Carbonnier Lamaze Rasle & Associés, Ramus & Chaussade and Sikous Friedmann & Associés, having previously been a senior M&A associate at Deloitte, amongst others.

She is a member of the AFDT and taught EU law at Master’s level for ten years.
