Admitted to practice law in Paris and in New York, Camille advises founders, executives, and investment funds on all their corporate law issues.

Her expertise focuses on private equity transactions (fundraising, issuance of complex securities, LBO, venture loan), external growth (acquisitions of companies or assets deals, negociation of representations and warranties), as well as on restructuring operations (mergers, contributions) and the structuring of management packages.

She operates in all fields (Construction, Tech, Fintech, Music industry, Media, Health and Pharmaceutical, Aeronautics, etc.).

Camille also has recognized expertise in governance. Certified as a director by EM Lyon since April 2023, she can serve as a director on board of directors.

Before joining Squair, Camille acquired solid experience in leading Anglo-Saxon firms (Baker Mckenzie and Eversheds Surtherland), in a Parisian firm (PDGB Avocats) and spent seven years with Balthazar Associés, an M&A boutique.
