Benjamin Briguaud is an expert in French tax law in a French and international context. Benjamin advises French and foreign companies (listed entities and SMEs) on all their French tax issues.

Benjamin also assists investments funds on all the French tax aspects relating to mergers and acquisitions and real estate investments.

Benjamin especially assists individuals and companies in tax audits and tax disputes in France.

Before joining Squair, Benjamin worked for French firms (Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, Ernst&Young and FTPA). He is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and Paris II Assas University.
