Asmae was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017 and assists her clients in mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. Prior to joining Squair, Asmae worked at Chammas & Marcheteau and UGGC Avocats.

Asmae graduated top of her class from the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis with a master's degree in law and practice of international affairs and also holds an LL.M in International Business Law from Queen Mary University of London.

She speaks, French, English and Arabic
