Arnaud Molinier is a member of the Paris Bar since 1998. He has a broad experience in the fields of insurance and liability law, civil and commercial litigation, and insolvency proceedings. He assists insurance companies in drafting and analysing property and liability/financial lines insurance policies, risk analysis, claims management, and the implementation of guarantees and subrogation rights in various areas: directors' liability, liability of financial intermediaries and regulated professions, professional liability, asset and liability insurance, fraud/theft policies, property damage, amongst others.

Arnaud acts as monitoring counsel or represents insurance companies and/or insured parties in court in cases where their liability is at stake and guarantees need to be triggered. He also assists insurance companies and financial institutions in the implementation of financial guarantees and surety contracts.

In the realm of civil and commercial litigation, Arnaud guides his clients through complex disputes, drawing on his experience and practice in civil enforcement procedures. He also helps his clients, including industrial groups, real estate companies, insurance companies, financial institutions, SMEs, in preserving and asserting their rights in case of partner or counterparty default.

Arnaud holds a master's degree in Real Estate Law and Construction Law from Paris II Assas University and a master's degree in Civil and Commercial Obligations Law from Paris V Descartes University. He began his career at SCP Cordelier & associés in 1998, then joined Lefèvre Pelletier & associés in 2001, which later became LPA-CGR, where he became a partner in 2016. In January 2024, he joined Squair. Arnaud is a member of AMRAE (Association for Enterprise Risk Management and Insurance) and IFPPC (French Institute of Practitioners in Insolvency Proceedings). He has been individually ranked in "Insurance Law" by Best Lawyers in France since 2020.
