Angela, Avocate in France and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales (non-practising), has over 35 years of experience and understanding of the international business world. Her practical and pragmatic approach to problems enables her to advise UK, French and international companies in their commercial transactions and complex cross-border disputes by offering them tailor-made solutions.

Based in France, Angela assists businesses to achieve their commercial development and operations, such as partnerships, joint-ventures, "turn-key" industrial solutions, IP licenses, distribution, sales, ... in France and internationally. She also assists her clients with her expertise with employment law issues : hiring, layoffs, audits, complex downsizing and reorganisations.

Finally, she has recognized experience in commercial and employment litigation before the French courts.

Angela holds an LLB (Hons) in Business Law, is an Auditor of the Institute of Advanced National Defense Studies and Honorary Consul of the United Kingdom.
