A member of the Paris Bar, Amaury focuses primarily on corporate law, in particular build-up acquisitions, mergers, equity investments and change-of-control transactions. He also advises managers and shareholders on day-to-day corporate matters and on setting up governance arrangements, as well as on the design and implementation of reorganisations and management packages.

Amaury also acts on private equity matters, advising both managers and shareholders and investment funds on leveraged buyouts (LBOs), minority investments and venture capital.

He joined Squair as an associate in October 2026, having previously completed an internship with the firm.
