Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2015 and a member of the Lyon Bar since 2021, Agathe's practice focuses on commercial and business litigation and legal liability.

She represents her clients before all French courts, advising them from pre-litigation situations all the way to the enforcement court decisions in a variety of matters including contract performance, termination of established commercial relationships, unfair competition, parasitism and disparagement. Agathe has also developed a recognized expertise in litigation related to corporate and M&A transactions (post-acquisitions, enforcement of warranties, price adjustments), disputes between shareholders or involving the liability of managers.

When and were appropriate, she accompanies her clients in reaching settlements, including through alternative dispute resolution processes.

Prior to joining Squair, Agathe practised for 5 years at a renowned Parisian law firms before joining Lamartine Conseil in Lyon in November 2020. She has been a partner at Squair since January 2023.
